The 5Rhythms are a simple, powerful moving meditation that anyone can practice -- any age, any size, any ability or physical limitation. There are no steps to follow or to learn. There is no way to do it wrong. The only requirement is a body that is still breathing!

These 5 one-day programs with our senior faculty will allow people to begin or continue their study of the rhythms. Each day will give special focus on the gifts to be found within a particular rhythm.

$325 for the entire series, paid in advance. $85 per workshop if purchased individually.
