We may be most at ease in solitude or afraid to be alone. We have friends who delight us and those that drive us crazy, or perhaps a string of lovers who would be perfect "if only." We may see ourselves as contented crowd-pleaser, or committed lone wolf. Most of us muddle through life opening and closing, loving and leaving, relishing and resisting.

Join us for this day of essential 5Rhythms practice - dancing alone, in partnership, and as a group – to investigate the tight spots that keep us from falling in love with ourselves and with each other.
