Jonathan Horan is Gabrielle Roth’s son and closest collaborator. He has been immersed in the 5Rhythms™ practice throughout his life and continues to be a key catalyst in its evolution. He is also a Strozzi – certified Somatic Coach. As well as leading workshops throughout the world, he has taught at Vassar College and currently teaches for a variety of institutes such as Omega, Esalen and Naropa. His weekly NYC “High Vibrations” class has been featured in New York Magazine, Breathe, and the Daily News, and was chosen as the hottest movement class in New York by the Village Voice, 2004.
Jonathan is also a professional actor and a founding member of the American Ritual Theatre Lab where he integrates the 5Rhythms™ into a dynamic form of physical theatre.
