So much more than just a dance practice, the 5Rhythms are an integrated, progressive, spiral journey to retrieve the instinctive movements of body, heart and mind, returning us to our natural, soulful state of being. These maps are a physical, emotional and spiritual curriculum that systematically leads us back to our original aliveness.

For the first time in many years, Kathy Altman and Lori Saltzman will be offering the first three maps of the 5Rhythms practice, in depth and in order.

• Write of Passage: Into the Mind’s Eye with Lori Saltzman – September 17-19, 2010

$250 per workshop or $650 for the entire 3-part series
