It is said that prayer is the way we speak to God, meditation the way we listen.

This day will be a moving conversation between sitting meditation and ecstatic 5Rhythms dance practice. We will speak and listen with our bodies and our hearts, dancing back and forth between movement and stillness, spiraling ourselves into the shimmering silence at the center of it all.

This day has become a favorite of both the 5Rhythms and Spirit Rock communities. Join us for this creative, contemplative and joyful day.
