Mirrors is a lifelong investigation in which we take fearless inventory of our worn out identities, and make no amends for just being human. We face our addiction to ego, to old patterns that don’t work anymore yet still have us in their grip. Turning ourselves over to the power of what moves us, we dance the steps to recovery like the wild spirits we are.

To observe our “tough spots” with humility and humor is the most compassionate thing we can do for ourselves and others. In Mirrors, we give ourselves to it with grace, wit and style, artists on the creative edge of reinventing ourselves and shaping a new world. This is the mission of the 5Rhythms.

The workshop will begin on August 7th at 2pm, and end on August 17th at 3pm. The inclusive daily schedule will be available in the confirmation letter that you receive once you have been accepted into the workshop.
