Whether you’ve written the great American novel or never written more than a shopping list, you can access a relaxed source of flowing expression that will surprise you. Write of Passage is an invitation to play with the blend of two powerful forms of self-expression: movement and writing.

Dancing the 5Rhythms® we leave the world of doing and enter the world of being, sweat off layers of self-consciousness and self-criticism, silence the mental chatter. Then we simply take dictation from our hearts, listen for the whispers and catch the words that want to tell our story.
